My favorite thing to do in business is helping partners grow. I’ve had a lot of experience when it comes to new offerings, refining existing products and services, and figuring out where to take a business next. I know that I can help you get you to where you want to be. See below for some examples of what I mean by this:

Situation 1:
You’re looking to expand your business and you need guidance on how other MSPs/VARs have operated in the area in which you want to expand.
Solution:
Justin has experience working to expand MSPs/VARs, so you bring him in to help. Justin works with you to develop a plan and connects you with other companies who have successfully entered into the areas you are seeking to expand.

Situation 3:
You have certain areas of your business where you need help, but you don’t have a large enough practice to justify hiring one or more full-time resources to run them. You also don’t have time to manage them yourself. Your other employees are also tapped out and don’t have time either.
Solution:
You bring in Justin part-time to help manage some of the items that you know need attention, but you just don’t have the time. Justin can help make sure initiatives aren’t dropped and things stay moving.

Situation 2:
You are having trouble with an aspect or areas of your business and you know something needs to change, but you aren’t sure what.
Solution:
You bring in Justin to help assess your business, services, workforce, and customer relationships. He develops options and guides you on available actions to maximize effectiveness, conserve resources, increase employee engagement, and improve client satisfaction.
