Finding the right talent can be difficult—but I can help. I have a vast network and I can find the right talent for you. Here’s the deal:

1. I use my direct network in recruiting. I do not sub out to other recruiters. My network is made up ONLY of folks I have worked/partnered with or that I have met personally.

2. I do not require that you solely use me for your recruitment. Feel free to use all the recruiting options at your disposal.

3. I do not interject myself in the hiring process. I connect you directly with candidates and you handle interview scheduling, salary negotiations, and everything else associated with the hiring process.

4. My fee is typically half (or less) than most recruiters. Currently, it is 10% of base salary, with a $5k minimum. Half is due upon hiring and the other half at the 90-day mark.

5. You read that last part right. I don’t factor in potential bonuses, commissions, and other “above base salary” payments. The only caveat here is if the position is mostly commission or other non-salary incentives-based. I will work with you for a very reasonable fee for placement that will be agreed upon together prior to placement.

6. I do not require (nor provide) direct billing through me. Whether it’s hourly or full-time you are looking for, I only work on a fee basis. You pay the individual directly for their services.
